Delays in the registration of a Japanese patent for a second cylinder pump applied for in 2020 and the decision to invest in Company S and the strike of a major company

The second international patent for the cylinder pump, filed in 2020, was the first to be registered in Japan. The patent rights for the cylinder pump were granted until 2040. We applied for the U.S., China, Japan, and Europe at the same time, but Japan was registered as the first priority. The registration in Japan will facilitate the registration of patents in the United States and other regions.

On February 19, S Investment Partners, which was IR on February 19, decided to invest and is looking for a partner investor. After the investment, the company plans to maximize the value of the IPO by developing the Anyfusion ACPi system and Anyfusion cylinder pump for the purpose of drilling in 8 countries such as Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, Japan, and Germany, and developing the universal HIS-linked Anyfusion ACPi pro for the purpose of drilling in 8 countries such as Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, Japan, and Germany, which can be immediately contracted and exported by pre-sales under the premise of European CE and US FDA certification.

The cylinder pumps being installed in Samsung-affiliated hospitals and Asan-affiliated hospitals were temporarily suspended due to a major crisis. The company also wanted to attract investment for the purpose of producing cylinder pumps and cartridges to be delivered to the new hospitals of Cheonan Suncheon Hyangsang University and Gachon University Gil Hospital.
