Results of visits to Kuwait and Spain and product demonstrations of the Anyfusion Quick ACPi system

On November 3, we introduced the ACPi system to Sabah General Hospital, the only cancer center in Kuwait, a country of 4.25 million people, which operates a dispensing robot and is expected to dispense 1000 dispensations per day, but it was not adopted. Unlike Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Spain, CLEAN BENCH also has only one dispensing system, which is to put your arm into the boots used for corona testing, and many dispensers dispense with syringes. There are no safety clothes, two regular masks, and no goggles. The management was very positive about the safety of the dispensers and the advantages of the ACPi system, such as its various functions and performance and cost savings. However, contrary to the management's expectations, the project was canceled due to the backlash of many dispensers who feared losing their jobs. Although the hospital uses a pharmacy robot, the pharmacy culture, environment, and facilities were still very poor, unlike the national income level of over $40,000.

On November 9th, we presented to pharmacists from three civil hospitals in Malaga, southern Spain. Unlike the Seville University Hospital in June, which dispensed 400 cases in the morning alone, the three civil hospitals in Malaga seem to dispense fewer cases but dispense a wide variety of anti-cancer drugs in a day. All the attendees were very satisfied with the quick anti-cancer drug dispensing, PCA balloon filling, and fluid dispensing functions, and one pharmacist pointed out that when dispensing multiple different anti-cancer drugs with each of the five units of the ACPi system, the current UI can cause mistakes when dispensing multiple vials of anti-cancer drugs in one unit, such as forgetting how many vials have been dispensed. The program complement for this is patented, which doubled the usefulness of Quick ACPi system and increased the value of ACPi system. He said that if this part is complemented, it is a perfect equipment, although it is semi-automatic and has shortcomings.

A useful and safe feature for dispensing hospital pharmacists around the world. Program supplemented ACPi sysem equipment In the Malaga region alone, we decided to purchase four 5-unit products and two 3-unit products, and Spain is a system where the government pays the full cost of medical care by purchasing through public procurement. On November 22, there is a meeting to confirm the public procurement list for the next year in the Malaga region, and we will proceed to register the ACPi system except for other equipment that was planned. The condition is that the price of the equipment is included in the price of the consumables, and if the price of the equipment is deducted, the price of the consumables is adjusted and delivered for 3 years.

It is said that the registration and use of public procurement in the city of Malaga will pave the way for expansion throughout Spain. The need for equipment capable of rapid dispensing of anti-cancer drugs, rapid filling of PCA balloons, and infusion of fluids was urgent, and it seems that the ACPi system technology is being reviewed as a priority and considered as a special case to fulfill its functions. We look forward to a good result on November 22, and thank the Spanish officials.

Thank you.
