Incheon G University Hospital ICU decided to use the Anyfusion cylinder pump H100 as the safest and most effective infusion pump in place of the existing pump, which was selected by the FDA as a SteP as a drug infusion pump with significantly improved safety and effectiveness compared to the existing pump, and the Korea Healthcare Organization Accreditation and Evaluation Agency (KOIHA) cautioned and warned about safety and effectiveness issues, and received the first order after going through the code registration process.

The safety and effectiveness problems of existing infusion pumps and syringe pumps were warned by the Korea Institute for Healthcare Accreditation and Evaluation (KOIHA), a public organization, as serious medical accidents occurred frequently in all hospitals, and it is not a problem of domestic hospitals, but a problem that occurs in medical institutions around the world due to the limitations of existing pump source technology, Anyfusion cylinder pump, developed with cylinder cartridge technology, which is the core source technology of Anyfusion that rotates the syringe's straight movement, is a technology product that perfectly overcomes this, and Anyfusion, an innovative technology selected as STeP by the FDA, the world's top medical certification agency, was determined through the efforts of partner company V and the high evaluation of medical personnel at Hospital G. We deeply admire the wisdom of the medical staff and officials of Hospital G, who prioritize patient safety, and the FDA officials. It is in the same vein that the nursing department pointed out the seriousness of the safety and effectiveness problems of existing pumps and demanded an alternative solution at the senior working group meeting of some local hospitals.

Despite the fact that the safety of patients is the top priority of medical devices and medicines, frequent medical accidents have been pointed out by public institutions as well as the FDA, and the problems caused by the existing pump source technology are continuously occurring without solving the root problem in the way that the person in charge of the field solves the problems caused by the existing pump by simply and temporarily supplementing it. It is caused by the fear of change when innovation that drastically changes the existing method is required. Despite the fact that the size of medical accidents caused by change is larger and more frequent, the conservative thinking that tries to solve it through partial security in the existing method is expected to double the speed of change when the reliability is accumulated while using the Anyfusion cylinder pump through the Anyfusion ACPi system, which is an unmet need.
