Toxic anti-cancer drugs are harmful drugs such as lung damage, carcinogenesis, skin necrosis, and fetal malformation even if only vapors are inhaled during dispensing, so for the safety of dispensers, thorough safety equipment is equipped and dispensed in a clean bench (BSC) in a sterile room, and direct injection of the original liquid causes long-term damage, so compounding, dilution ratio (concentration), etc. are reflected according to the progression of cancer disease, and thorough sealing and packaging are performed after dispensing, To avoid exposure accidents during transportation, it is placed in a sealed box for transporting anti-cancer drugs and moved to the hospital room (injection room), and when injected into the patient, the nurse wears gloves to avoid even partial exposure and leakage. The nurse first passes the fluid through the infusion set and injects the anti-cancer drug, and after the end of the infusion, the fluid is passed through the infusion set again to remove the residual amount of anti-cancer drug in the set, and then disposed of as sealed special medical waste. In 2019, we anticipated success by developing and launching the Anyfusion ACPi system, which solves these problems from dispensing to infusion, and is an all-in-one infant-only competitive system that is sealed in a sealed state where no dispensing robot is possible and only Anyfusion technology is possible. In 2023, judging that the dispensing environment and system would be more competitive in other overseas companies, we visited Spain and Italy and confirmed that the need for rapid dispensing equipment was stronger, so we returned home and immediately developed the Anyfusion Quick ACPi system by September, produced a prototype product without a brochure, and introduced the product from Chonbuk National University Hospital with equipment, and overseas, we heard directly from Japan at the request of Japan and visited and introduced it, and provided information by email to Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc. There are rapid anti-cancer drug dispensing tasks that are not possible with a dispensing robot, as well as PCA balloon rapid filling tasks that are avoided due to hand and wrist strain when filling with a syringe. After seeing the demonstration of the Anyfusion Quick ACPi system at Seoul National University, we immediately requested a fluid dispensing function to solve the concentration and mixing of the fluid bag, which is difficult to dispense as much fluid as the drug to be dispensed, contamination, needle stick risk, leakage, and excessive workload, and added a fluid dispensing function to the Anyfusion Quick ACPi system. Poor dispensing environment makes it inevitable to introduce a dispensing robot Both operating hospitals and hospitals without a dispensing robot and hospitals that want to purchase a dispensing robot immediately expressed their intention to purchase regardless of price due to the poor dispensing environment, unwillingness to work, high turnover rate, and urgency to recruit due to the optimal function and performance of the Anyfusion Quick ACPi system, and many hospitals are requesting decision materials for immediate purchase. It seems to be only a matter of time before one or two hospital references ignite the spread of hospitals in Korea and abroad. Overseas, Spain and Saudi Arabia purchased demonstration equipment with partial advance payment for introduction to many hospitals at the end of this month and in November, Kuwait invited 60-70 people for product introduction on November 5-6, and Japan also requested brochures and videos for pre-marketing before certification. Now, the priority is to introduce the product to hospitals as early as one day before any other day, and the top priority is to solve production problems and rapid overseas certification for smooth supply. Due to the explosive response, we decided to participate in Germany MEDICA on November 13-16, 2023, Korea Hospital Pharmacy Association on November 25, 2023, Arab Healthcare in January 2024, and Osaka International Medical Equipment Exhibition in February. We expect contracts worth KRW 1 trillion within this year or by 1Q 2024. We will do our best by mobilizing all our capabilities. |
