Updates following the June presentations at Sevilla, Spain, and Catania, Italy

Updates following the June presentations of the Anyfusion cylinder pump and ACPi system at Sevilla Hospital in Andalucia, Spain, and Catania, Sicilia, Italy.

Due to the fact that the core technology of Anyfusion has not been disclosed to the world market, it is difficult to understand the cylinder pump and ACPi system on paper, so we decided to demonstrate the manual Multi ACPi system, which can be quickly CE-certified by early next year, to two hospitals with the same size as sevilia hospital in Malaga, a large city in southern Spain, in September. In addition, we are also promoting the introduction of Anyfusion to the entire Spanish buyer's meeting in Malaga through a government relations expert who attended the Sevilia meeting in September.

In Italy, Company G requested an exclusive contract after the product presentation, and proposed a one-year contract with a sales volume set by the company or an exclusive contract with an investment of 100 million won per year for five years.

The CSTD parts required for the manual multi-function ACPi system, which can quickly dispense the cheapest and most toxic 5FU and Cisplatin with a large daily dispensing volume requested by Sevilia Hospital, the 5th largest hospital in Spain, and can also dispense TPN and fill PCA balloons, were prepared this week, and if the results of the self-test are the same as expected, we decided to proceed with the demo at Jeonbuk National University, Cheonan Suncheon National University, and Yangsan Busan University, and the demo at various large domestic hospitals and hospitals in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

In addition, we decided to combine the ACPi kit set for manual and automatic ACPi systems with the CSTD of a major US ICU medical company with enhanced safety, and discussed a strategic alliance with ICU medical Korea, which does not have universal anti-cancer drug dispensing equipment. ICU medical is a global infusion pump company that acquired the infusion pump division of Hospira, which negotiated exclusive rights to Anyfusion until 2017, and recently merged with the 160-year-old British company Smiths medical.

We look forward to working with you to deliver results that meet your expectations.

Thank you.
