International Patent (PCT) Investigation Report and Opinion Anyfusion ACPi, "Injection preparation kit and injection preparation system" from International Searching Agency

After registration of a domestic patent for an injection preparation kit and injection preparation system, an investigation report and a written opinion of an international search agency regarding the first phase international patent application, PCT.

As a result of the investigation, all 23 claims were reported as "new and progressive".

Based on the investigation report, if we apply for a patent by November 2022 and apply in the country where we want to advance, we will be protected as a patent. If we want to enter each country, it will cost at least 10 million won per country.

As of 2019, 28 countries that use CSTD (most of them are expected to be economically advanced countries) and many countries with a large number of cancer patients and where copies are expected are included in the patent application. It is judged that the most efficient patent management is needed by utilizing our patent experience so far. The fact that the research report of an international organization is reported as novel, progressive, and commercial proves that Anyfusion ACPi is more innovative than robots.

After patent registration for CAM which replaces human and robotic arms with syringes and needles and MCST as a needle with CSTD function (negative pressure, positive pressure offset and collection), and Anyfusion ACPi V100 as a syringe without needles (pending pending), if the patents generated during the development of single channel and multi channel are registered, the patent for "injection preparation kit and injection preparation system including the same" will be protected in the global market for 20 years and will establish an exclusive market.

Cylinder Pump 2 has also been recognized for its novelty and innovativeness, and has been protected for the next 20 years from injecting in the formulation.
