International patent applications must be filed in each country to receive patent rights in that country within 2 years and 6 months after registration of a domestic patent application.

Due to the high PCT cost in each country, we verify that our products with the patent content meet the market needs. If we determine that our products need to receive a patent guarantee, we will get the patent right when the application is registered in the country. The application fee per country is at least $10,000, and patent maintenance fees must be paid every two years to obtain a patent in that country.

We need hundreds of millions of won in PCT fees and tens of millions of won every two years to apply for and maintain a patent for two cases of cylinder pumps and two cases of injection formulation systems.

It should be determined whether sales are not guaranteed or sales in the country are worth guaranteeing patent rights, and we need to optimize our patent holdings so they can be cost effective.
