Dominican Republic hospital product presentation and domestic general hospital exclusive sales right | |

1. From October 22nd to 25th, we had an Anyfusion product presentation at two hospitals in the Dominican Republic of South America. Both hospitals were using Baxter products (USA), and accuracy was the biggest issue as in other countries. The Dominican Republic is a country that has been using our EZ regular since 2007. Recently, Dial A flow of Hospira (Abbott), a competitor of EZ Regular, established an exclusive market in the regulator market, and after EZ Regular landed, our products Due to competitiveness, many markets have been replaced by EZ regulars. Recently, Hospira's Dial A flow has been discontinued and EZ regular is establishing an exclusive market through partners. In addition, many agencies supplied other competitive products, but due to poor product competitiveness, more and more customers are being replaced with EZ Regular in recent years. So, we visited there for the purpose of Anyfusion launching. 2. Based on the high recognition of the company with the reliability and excellence of EZ Regular, this visit aims to launch Anyfusion to the largest hospital in the Dominican Republic in addition to the two hospitals at this product presentation. I have been educated to fully understand and we visited Anyfusion for the purpose of leading item in the pharmaceutical injection pump market in the Dominican Republic and held a briefing session and product training. 3. “S” Company, a domestic agency, has signed an exclusive supply contract with Anyfusion to general hospitals, excluding university hospitals where we are focusing. We focus on marketing centered on university hospitals, and our agency aims to operate as a marketing strategy at the general hospital level. Based on the experience of supplying it to domestic hospitals for more than 10 years, the exclusive sales right of general hospitals for Anyfusion was granted, and a total sales contract was signed for 3 years worth $ 3.1 million.
