Australian “C” company ($10 Million), Jordan “K” company (Middle East, 3 years $30 Million) “S” company (Iraq) EZ Regular, Anyfusion in progress with exclusive supply offer

Due to a serious problem with the existing American B Major product, Australian company C is conducting negotiations with us by requesting an exclusive supply of Anyfusion, as an alternative product, for 400 units and $ 10 Million per year. Since October 14th to 18th, we will participate in the booth at the International Society of Critical Care Medicine in Melbourne, Australia, so we plan to finish consultations with affiliates before visiting, and complete a visit contract with affiliates and a demo of a related hospital within the conference period.

Jordanian “K” Company is in the process of finalizing a contract worth $30 million with 10,000 Anyfusion units including cartridges for 3 years in the Middle East (excluding Saudi Arabia, Iran, Qatar, and UAE).

Another Jordanian “S” company is negotiating with the Iraqi market by requesting an exclusive supply contract with EZ Regular and Anyfusion.

The two Jordanian companies intend to sign a final contract at MEDICA, an international medical equipment exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany from November 18th to 21st.
